When you submit our contact form we collect the name, email, company, and message you provide. We use analytics and advertising tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and the Meta Pixel with the Conversions API) that collect standard usage data such as pages viewed, device and browser information, and interactions with our ads.
How we use it
We use contact-form data only to respond to your enquiry and discuss working together. We use analytics data to understand how the site is used and to improve it, and advertising data to measure and improve our marketing. We do not sell your personal data.
Data sharing
We share data only with the service providers that power our site and marketing (for example Google and Meta) strictly to deliver those services, and where legally required. These providers process data under their own terms and applicable data-protection law.
Your rights
Depending on your location (including under the EU/UK GDPR) you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or object to its processing. To exercise these rights, email us and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Retention
We keep contact-form data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and analytics data according to the retention settings of the tools we use.
